Standard Cleaning
Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas cleaned to a fixed checklist. The service most homes run on.
Recurring Cleaning
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits with a consistent housekeeper, priority scheduling, and lower per-visit pricing.
Deep Cleaning
Everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, grout, cabinet fronts, fixtures, vents, and built-up grime. The right first visit.
Move-In / Move-Out
Inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances. Built for final walkthroughs, deposit returns, and a fresh start.
One-Time Cleaning
A single standard clean or hourly time for a specific list of rooms and tasks. No plan required.
Commercial Cleaning
After-hours cleaning for boutique offices, studios, showrooms, and small practices. Consistent team, residential-grade detail.
Post-Construction
Fine dust removal from every surface after a remodel or new build, including inside cabinets, tracks, fixtures, and floors.

Recurring plans use the standard checklist with rotating detail work. One-time cleans can be booked at either the standard or deep level.

Before you choose.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form on this site or text us. Tell us the type of cleaning, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a preferred date. You will get a written quote, usually the same business day, and nothing is booked until you approve it.
How is pricing determined?
By the type of cleaning, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the condition of the home, and any add-ons. Recurring plans are priced lower per visit. You receive the price in writing before we arrive, and it does not change on the day unless you add something.
Are your housekeepers insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every housekeeper is an employee, not a contractor, has passed a background check, and is covered by our general liability and workers compensation insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
What is not included in a cleaning?
Every checklist on this site has a "not included" section. In short: we do not clean walls and ceilings beyond spot-cleaning, exterior windows, chandeliers or delicate art, biohazards, or anything requiring more than a two-step ladder, and we do not move heavy furniture.
