Move-in and move-out
An empty-home clean that passes inspection.
Inside every cabinet, drawer, closet, and appliance. Built for final walkthroughs, deposit returns, and the first night in a new home.

About this service
Move cleans are done on empty or nearly empty homes, which lets us reach everything: inside kitchen cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator, closet shelving, window tracks, and every baseboard with nothing in front of it. We work to the standard a property manager or buyer expects at a walkthrough.
Moving out, the goal is a full deposit and a clean handover. Moving in, the goal is a home you can unpack into without wiping a single shelf first. Either way the checklist is the same and it is published on this site.
Timing matters on move days. Tell us your key dates and we will schedule around movers, painters, and inspections. We can often turn a home in a single day.

How to schedule
Booking a move-in / move-out takes a few minutes.
- 01
Tell us about your home
Two minutes in the quote form or a quick text: type of cleaning, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a date that suits you.
- 02
Approve a written quote
We reply, usually the same business day, with a price, an estimated duration, and the checklist for the visit. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
- 03
We arrive and get to work
Your housekeeper arrives in the agreed window with everything needed, works the checklist, and texts you when the home is done.
- 04
Walk in to a finished home
Pay by card on file after the visit. Set up a recurring plan if you would like the same housekeeper back on a schedule.
Serving the Bay Area and Orange County. Estimates as you go, confirmed prices within a few business hours.
Move-In / Move-Out questions
Good to know.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, or very close to it. Boxes in the garage are fine. Furnished homes are booked as deep cleans, because we cannot clean inside cabinets and closets that are still full.
Can you work with my property manager or agent?
Yes. Send us the move-out checklist from your lease or the listing agent, and we will confirm it is covered. Many managers accept our completed checklist as proof of professional cleaning.
What if utilities are off?
We need running water and power to do the job properly. Let us know if either is scheduled to be shut off so we can arrange timing.
