About this service
Construction dust settles everywhere and keeps settling for days. A post-construction clean is a multi-pass process: a rough clean to remove debris and the bulk of the dust, a detailed clean of every surface from ceiling to floor, and a final polish once the dust has stopped falling.
We clean inside new cabinets and drawers, remove stickers and adhesive from fixtures and glass, wipe down doors, trim, and walls where paint allows, vacuum and mop floors with HEPA filtration, and detail window tracks, vents, and light fixtures.
We coordinate directly with contractors and designers so that the clean happens after the last trade leaves and before furniture arrives.

- HEPA vacuuming and mopping of all floors, final polish pass
Not included
- Hauling construction waste or large debris
- Paint overspray removal, grout haze, or stone restoration
- Exterior windows or pressure washing
- Cleaning while trades are still working on site

Your housekeeper arrives in the agreed window with everything needed, works the checklist, and texts you when the home is done.

Walk in to a finished home
Pay by card on file after the visit. Set up a recurring plan if you would like the same housekeeper back on a schedule.

When should the clean be scheduled?
After the final trade has finished and before furniture or rugs arrive. If a punch list is still open, we can do the rough clean first and return for the final pass once it closes.
How do you price post-construction work?
By a site visit or a video walkthrough. Square footage, the number of passes required, and the amount of dust and residue all affect the estimate. You receive a written scope and price before we start.
Do you work with contractors directly?
Yes. We are happy to be added to a project schedule, communicate with the site lead, and invoice the builder or designer directly.
