One-time and hourly
One visit, no commitment, built around what you need.
Before guests arrive, after they leave, or for a specific list of rooms and tasks. Book a single standard clean or hourly time with a housekeeper.

About this service
Not everyone wants a schedule. A one-time clean is a single standard or deep clean booked for a specific date, with no plan attached. It is the right choice before a party, after a renovation of one room, when family is coming to stay, or when you simply want the house done once.
For jobs that do not fit a checklist, we offer hourly time with a housekeeper. You set the priorities: a kitchen and two bathrooms, the guest wing, the pantry and refrigerator, a pre-listing tidy. We work through your list in order until the time is used.
Hourly bookings have a three-hour minimum and are quoted per housekeeper. We will tell you honestly how much can be done in the time you book.

How to schedule
Booking a one-time cleaning takes a few minutes.
- 01
Tell us about your home
Two minutes in the quote form or a quick text: type of cleaning, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a date that suits you.
- 02
Approve a written quote
We reply, usually the same business day, with a price, an estimated duration, and the checklist for the visit. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
- 03
We arrive and get to work
Your housekeeper arrives in the agreed window with everything needed, works the checklist, and texts you when the home is done.
- 04
Walk in to a finished home
Pay by card on file after the visit. Set up a recurring plan if you would like the same housekeeper back on a schedule.
Serving the Bay Area and Orange County. Estimates as you go, confirmed prices within a few business hours.
One-Time Cleaning questions
Good to know.
What can be done in three hours?
One housekeeper can typically complete a kitchen and two bathrooms, or a full standard clean of a one-bedroom apartment, in three hours. Two housekeepers for three hours covers most two- and three-bedroom homes at a standard level.
Can I book a one-time clean for tomorrow?
Often, yes. Text or call us and we will tell you what is open. Same-week availability is common; same-day depends on the schedule.
Is one-time pricing higher than recurring?
Yes, by roughly the recurring discount. One-time visits take longer because the home has not been maintained on a rhythm, and the schedule slot is not repeating.
