About this service
We take on a limited number of commercial clients whose spaces deserve the same attention as a home: design studios, boutique offices, medical and dental suites, salons, showrooms, and small professional practices. The work is done after hours or before opening by a consistent team that knows the space.
Each account has a written scope built with you: which areas, how often, what products, and where the line is between our work and your building services. Restrooms are sanitized and restocked, kitchens and break areas cleaned, high-touch surfaces disinfected, floors vacuumed and mopped, glass and reception surfaces polished.
We are insured for commercial work, our team is background-checked, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your landlord or property manager.

We reply, usually the same business day, with a price, an estimated duration, and the checklist for the visit. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

We arrive and get to work
Your housekeeper arrives in the agreed window with everything needed, works the checklist, and texts you when the home is done.

Walk in to a finished home
Pay by card on file after the visit. Set up a recurring plan if you would like the same housekeeper back on a schedule.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers compensation coverage and can name your landlord or management company as certificate holder.
Can you clean outside business hours?
That is how most of our commercial accounts run. Evenings, early mornings, and weekends are all available. Access is arranged by key, fob, or code, and we log every visit.
Do you bring products or use ours?
We bring our own equipment and products. For medical suites we use hospital-grade disinfectants on the surfaces you specify. Consumables like paper and soap are typically supplied by you and restocked by us.
