Our standard clean is the upkeep service most homes run on. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors, done to the same checklist each time.
About this service
A standard clean is what keeps a well-kept home feeling that way. Our housekeepers work through each room in a set order so nothing is skipped: surfaces dusted and wiped, bathrooms scrubbed and sanitized, kitchen counters and appliance fronts cleaned, beds made, floors vacuumed and mopped.
It is designed for homes that are already in reasonable shape. If it has been more than a couple of months since the last professional clean, or there is built-up grime in the kitchen or bathrooms, we will recommend starting with a deep clean so the standard visits that follow stay quick and consistent.
Every standard clean follows the same written checklist, and you can read it in full before you book. If you want us to focus on something specific, add it to your notes and we will build the visit around it.

We reply, usually the same business day, with a price, an estimated duration, and the checklist for the visit. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

We arrive and get to work
Your housekeeper arrives in the agreed window with everything needed, works the checklist, and texts you when the home is done.

Walk in to a finished home
Pay by card on file after the visit. Set up a recurring plan if you would like the same housekeeper back on a schedule.

Do I need to tidy before you arrive?
A light pick-up helps us spend the visit cleaning rather than moving things. Clear counters and floors get the best result, but we work around normal daily clutter without any fuss.
Can I ask for the same housekeeper each time?
Yes. Standard cleans booked on a recurring schedule are assigned to a consistent housekeeper or pair whenever possible, so they learn your home and preferences.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
We bring everything, including vacuums, microfiber, and professional products that are safe on stone, wood, and sealed surfaces. If you prefer a specific product for a surface, leave it out and let us know.
